Avoid spraying her on sensitive skin areas if you are prone to itch and irritation, as Oasis has a high salt content due to the magnesium chloride. If you are using Oasis on your child, we recommend 1-2 sprays on the soles of the feet before bed time to promote a good night's sleep, and 3-5 sprays on adults. Take your time working her into the area on your skin and focus your intention on muscle absorption.
